PNFN Project for the Polish-German Research Team

We are pleased to announce that in this year’s international competition of the Polish-German Foundation for Science (PNFN), a research project has received funding under the leadership of dr hab. Marcin Komor, prof. UE from the Marketing Department at the Faculty of Management.

The project entitled “True Prices: Attitudes and Intentions of Polish and German Consumers in the Food Retail Sector” led by dr hab. Marcin Komor, prof. UE, and prof. dr Doreen Pick from Merseburg University of Applied Sciences has been awarded funding from the Polish-German Foundation for Science and will be carried out by the research team until 2027.

The Polish-German Foundation for Science supports research projects in the fields of humanities, social sciences, economics, and law, conducted by universities and other scientific institutions in the form of Polish-German cooperation. Partners from other countries may also take part in such collaborations. In addition to scientific projects, the foundation also funds events and scientific networks, as well as new initiatives in higher education and scientific research.
