The 11th EuroScience Open Forum conference, co-organized by the universities being part of the Academic Consortium Katowice – City of Science, will be held at the International Congress Center in Katowice between June 12-15, 2024. Registration is open until December 31.
Once again, representatives of science, business, politics and media from around the world will gather in Katowice during the EuroScience Open Forum 2024 to reflect on the latest developments in several fields and how they affect society.
The following topics will be addressed:
- energy transition,
- sustainable environment,
- cultural identity and social transformation,
- transformations within scientific excellence,
- healthy society,
- digital transformation.
Registration through a form on the Coffee platform is open until December 31, 2023.
The decision on the accepted abstracts will be announced in February 2024, with the conference program to be published in March 2024.
The organizers of the event are the Strasbourg-based European Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology EuroScience, the City of Katowice, the University of Silesia in Katowice, leader of the Academic Consortium Katowice – City of Science and other universities being part of the Consortium, along with entities such as Metropolis GZM, local government, partners and patrons of the event.
