We are pleased to announce that Dr Alina Czapla and Professor Maciej Mitręga from the Department of Organizational Relationship Management are co-authors of the research paper "Higher-order dynamic capabilities of SMEs: emergence in a high-velocity environment", which was published in Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, a prestigious international journal from Taylor & Francis. The paper was written in collaboration with Vojtěch Spáčil from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
The journal is an established international publication covering strategic management, innovation, and technological development. According to the publisher’s data for 2025, its Impact Factor is 2.9 and its Scopus CiteScore is 7.3, reflecting its standing in the international academic community.
The publication is an outcome of the research project entitled "Higher-order dynamic capabilities: Exploration and testing links with companies' performance in the crisis", funded by the National Science Centre (Poland) under PRELUDIUM (grant no. 2021/41/N/HS4/02161). The project is led by Dr Alina Czapla, with Professor Maciej Mitręga serving as the academic supervisor.
