About the Event
The Second BAUHAUS4EU Forum is an international event held regularly in different regions across Europe by the BAUHAUS4EU Alliance - European University for Resilient, Sustainable, Inclusive and Beautiful Regions. The initiative is part of the European Universities programme supported by the European Commission. In 2026, the University of Economics in Katowice, the Alliance’s only Polish member institution, will serve as the Forum host.
The main objective of the event is to strengthen cooperation among partner universities, public administration, businesses, and local communities in support of sustainable development and the transformation of European regions.

Participants will include students, doctoral candidates, academic and administrative staff, as well as representatives of national and European institutions, socio-economic partners, and regional and local authorities. The Forum will provide a platform for strategic dialogue, exchange of experiences, and the development of joint solutions for the future of higher education and regional development.
The programme will include:
- the opening of the new Green Campus space,
- the International Conference “Transforming Regions for a Sustainable and Beautiful Europe”,
- meetings of the Presidents’ Council and the Advisory Board,
