In September 2025, the University secured funding for yet another project from the MSS Fund. The project “Prof. Kelum Jayasinghe on Scientific Excellence: How to Build and Expand Collaborative Networks for the Green Transition?”, led by Dr. habil. Monika Wieczorek-Kosmala, Professor at UE, closes a fruitful season of projects for 2025.
The value of the awarded grant is PLN 35,541, bringing the total funding obtained by the University in 2025 to PLN 677,430 across sixteen projects. These initiatives are co-financed by the Upper Silesia-Zagłębie Metropolis under the “Metropolitan Science Support Fund” Program.
Project support during both the application phase and implementation is provided by the International Projects Office at the Internationalization Office.
