EAIE Conference and Exhibition
For over 30 years, the European Association for International Education (EAIE) has been the leading European organization supporting the internationalization of higher education. As a nonprofit organization, EAIE brings together professionals from around the world, offering them expertise, a professional network, and resources. The EAIE Conference and Exhibition is an annual event attended by over 7,000 experts. Recognized as the most important industry event in Europe, it provides the ideal setting for:
- establishing new contacts,
- strengthening cooperation,
- sharing knowledge,
- learning about current programs and financing changes.
The conference program includes over 240 sessions, networking events, and workshops. The EAIE fair brings together over 1,200 organizations at 250 stands, representing universities and service providers.
Strengthening the position of UEKat and the Alliance in the international education market
Participation in the conference is part of the project "UEKat in BAUHAUS4EU – developing the University’s potential for a European University for sustainable, resilient, and inclusive regions." The project includes a range of activities that will enhance UEKat’s capacity for international cooperation and the development of the Alliance. Participation in EAIE Glasgow 2026 will allow:
- accessing the latest trends in internationalization,
- establishing strategic partnerships (in Europe and beyond),
- strengthening cooperation among the alliance’s universities,
- promoting educational offers,
- developing new institutional contacts.
The EAIE Conference and Exhibition also offers an excellent opportunity to:
- identify new recruitment markets,
- customise promotional activities to candidates’ needs,
- gain insight into trends in internationalization,
- understand Future Skills and the developments in higher education.
The project "UEKat in BAUHAUS4EU – developing the University’s potential for a European University for sustainable, resilient, and inclusive regions" is financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) under the "Support for European Universities" program, with a total budget of PLN 967,602.00.
