The University community celebrates Fuad Shikhseyidov achievement as a PhD student at the University of Economics in Katowice, who has officially graduated from the second edition of International Seasonal School "Beyond Barriers 2026: the Role of Social Sciences in Building Accessibility" organized by Silesia University with the project of Polish National Agency of Academic Exchange.
The intensive program brought together ambitious students and experts from various backgrounds, focusing on high-level academic development, practical workshops, and intercultural exchange.
Reflecting on this successful experience, Fuad shared:
"My favorite part of the Seasonal School was definitely the international atmosphere and the chance to meet many inspiring people. What I enjoyed most was the practical approach to learning and the high quality of the lectures. The knowledge and new perspectives I gained during this program will undoubtedly benefit my future studies and career."
This valuable international opportunity was made possible thanks to the support and academic guidance of Prof. Anna Sołtysik-Piorunkiewicz from the Faculty of Informatics and Communication, who facilitated the application process.
