Her Magnificence the Rector and the Senate of the University of Economics in Katowice are pleased to invite you to the celebration of the University Day, which will be held on January 11, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Dr. Józef Lisak Auditorium (Building A, 3 Bogucicka Street).
The University Day, according to long-standing tradition, takes place on January 11, the anniversary of the first lecture conducted at the University. This is how the community of the University of Economics in Katowice celebrates its special day.
The program of the celebration includes:
- JM Rector's speech,
- doctoral and postdoctoral promotions,
- conferring the title of honorary professor of the University,
- presentation of distinctions as part of the Outstanding Alumni of the University of Economics in Katowice competition.
The event will also feature a musical surprise and a performance by the University Choir.
