Legal Counsel is a unit subordinate to the Chancellor of the University of Economics in Katowice. The main tasks of the office include: issuing opinions on draft agreements concluded on behalf of the University and negotiating their terms and conditions, supervising the enforcement of university receivables, appearing before courts and offices on behalf of the University, providing legal opinions on draft internal legal acts issued by authorized bodies of the University and providing legal advice and consultation, preparing legal opinions.
