We present the sixth edition of the BAUHAUS4EU Alliance newsletter, which features news and events from the universities associated within the Alliance. The latest issue also highlights upcoming initiatives.
The sixth edition of the newsletter includes information about:
- the announcement of three open calls for students and teachers to develop European BAUHAUS Courses, Student-Led Courses and Regional Living Labs, inspired by the New European Bauhaus initiative (application deadline: 3 June 2026);
- the Match-Making networking events (23 March-18 May 2026), supporting the development of international European BAUHAUS Courses;
- the third episode of the "BAUHAUS4EU Podcast", recorded at Université de Picardie Jules Verne, focusing on the role of administrative staff in strengthening interinstitutional cooperation;
- the Bauhaus Nova 2026 event - an international student art exhibition organised as a satellite event of the New European Bauhaus Festival in Brussels (9-13 June 2026), as well as the open call for submissions until 24 May 2026;
- the PhD Hackathon Workshop organised by the University of Economics in Katowice, supporting interdisciplinary research and cooperation with regional partners (application deadline: 17 April 2026);
- alliance meetings and initiatives, including a staff week in Amiens dedicated to green and inclusive campuses, regional workshops at POLIS University, and the establishment of the BAUHAUS4EU Regional Council at the Polytechnic University of Castelo Branco;
- the inter-regional meeting "Education-Driven Resilience" at POLIS University, focusing on cooperation between universities, regional partners and stakeholders in the field of sustainable development and innovation.
