From 22 to 26 September 2025, POLIS University in Tirana hosted a Staff Week for employees of universities within the BAUHAUS4EU Alliance, responsible for communication and promotion of the project’s activities. The University of Economics in Katowice was represented by Magdalena Skowron from the Internationalization Office and Karolina Osadnik from the Marketing Centre.
During the five-day programme, participants worked on key communication tools of the BAUHAUS4EU Alliance. The first sessions focused on launching the website and planning content, followed by developing the concept of a newsletter and integrating both channels. The following days included exchange of experiences, reflection on cooperation between work packages, and activities related to the photo contest, the internal information flow strategy within the alliance, visual communication, and the social media presence strategy. The programme was complemented by study visits and events held as part of Tirana Design Week.
However, the meeting in Tirana went beyond the official agenda. Above all, it was a time of intensive collaboration, exchange of ideas and experiences, and building closer relationships within the team that will co-create the alliance’s communication activities in the years to come. Numerous agreements and important decisions were made during Staff Week, setting a clear direction for the further development of BAUHAUS4EU communication efforts.
