Under the initiative of the Student Parliament of the University of Economics in Katowice, the Vice-Rector for Education and Internationalization Prof. Sławomir Smyczek, PhD. agreed to set rector's hours on the 14th of May 2021, from 3 PM for full-time Bachelor and master degree students in Katowice and Rybnik.
At the time we are celebrating the awarding of the Doctor Honoris Causa degree of the University of Economics in Katowice to Prof. Malay Ghosh.
