The Deputy Bursar in the organizational structure of the University reports to the Vice-Chancellor – the Bursar. His/her basic tasks include, inter alia, preparing draft material and financial plans of the University, making revisions to the material and financial plans and checking the compliance of economic and financial operations with the material and financial plan in such a way as to prevent a breach of public finance discipline.
