CBiR's offerings include:

  • market and marketing research in the consumer and industrial goods and services markets, from the research design phase, through its implementation, to the development of results in the form of a report, result database, in-depth calculations and statistical analysis,
  • development of marketing strategy for the operation of enterprises and institutions,
  • consulting services in the field of: organization, management, marketing, transportation, education,
  • conducting management workshops on marketing (strategic analysis, marketing research, marketing planning, active sales methods and techniques),
  • economic and financial expertise,
  • optimization solution for the operation of various units of the enterprise,
  • permanent research and consulting cooperation with interested units.

CBiR's offer is addressed to all business entities: enterprises of various industries and sizes operating both in the domestic and foreign markets, as well as non-profit organizations, local and regional institutions.

Research methods

CBiR uses the following research methods when conducting research projects:

  • interview - direct (personal), in-depth, focus group, telephone interview,
  • observation - overt, covert, participatory and non-participatory,
  • survey - postal, auditory, online,
  • projective methods - product acceptance tests, price acceptance tests,
  • heuristic methods - brainstorming, expert evaluation method.
