We present the eighth edition of the BAUHAUS4EU Alliance newsletter, which features news and events from the universities associated within the Alliance. The latest issue also highlights upcoming initiatives.
In the eighth issue of the newsletter, you can find information about:
- the first BAUHAUS4EU interregional workshop, held at POLIS University in Tirana, which focused on cooperation, dialogue and the co-creation of solutions addressing the complex challenges faced by European regions;
- the fifth episode of the BAUHAUS4EU Podcast, dedicated to innovative teaching methods, including active, digital, experiential and hybrid forms of education within the Alliance;
- the participation of BAUHAUS4EU representatives in the FOREU4ALL Community of Practice workshops at the European Parliament, focused on building engagement and a sense of belonging within European Universities communities;
- the 2nd BAUHAUS4EU Forum, which will take place from 22 to 26 June 2026 at the University of Economics in Katowice and will bring together representatives of the Alliance’s 10 partner universities;
- the presentation of BAUHAUS4EU initiatives during the Aristotle Innovation Forum 2026, including a regional workshop devoted to innovation ecosystems, sustainable cooperation and relations between universities and their socio-economic environment;
- the second edition of the BIP programme “Inclusive and Accessible Environments for Disability”, organised by the University of Bergamo, which aimed to develop interdisciplinary cooperation for accessibility and the inclusion of people with disabilities;
- the 5th European Student Assembly 2026, held at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, which brought together students from across Europe working on proposals concerning the future of the European Union;
- upcoming Alliance events, including the New European Bauhaus Festival 2026 in Brussels, the BAUHAUS NOVA 2026: Beauty Unseen exhibition, and the 2nd BAUHAUS4EU Forum in Katowice.
