Richard Brendan

Brendan completed his PhD in research methodology, measurement, and analysis from the University of Central Florida. His research focuses on innovation in hospitality and tourism with interests including the sharing economy, revenue management, future studies, and focus group methodology. He has published articles in the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Revenue & Pricing Management, Journal of Vacation Marketing, and Cornell Hospitality Quarterly. Professionally Brendan has experience in the hospitality industry in theme parks, integrated resorts, and casinos, with The Walt Disney Company, MGM Resorts International and Wynn Resorts.
