Discover the international side of our University and sharpen your skills in the Welcome Point team! Following the success of our previous activities as part of the KOMPAS project, we are launching a new recruitment process: we are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join us over the next six months to support our international academic community.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment, take on interesting challenges, and work with inspiring people from around the world, actively contributing to university life.
The person we are looking for will be responsible for co-organizing integration events for international students and preparing social media content (Instagram, Facebook) with the use of tools such as Canva and MS Office. Other tasks will include providing ongoing support to international students with their day-to-day matters. Key qualifications include strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and proficiency in English (B2 level), with knowledge of Polish as an advantage.
As part of a six-month mandate contract, we offer the opportunity to engage in creative projects, make a real impact on the integration of the academic community, and acquire valuable professional skills.
