Principles of Abstract Evaluation
The Presidium of the Programme Council will appoint two reviewers from among its Members to evaluate each abstract. Reviews will be conducted under a double-blind review process and provided in written form. The process will conclude with a decision to accept or reject the abstract.
The Presidium of the Programme Council will be responsible for the entire evaluation process, including anonymisation of submissions, assignment of codes, formal assessment, distribution of texts to reviewers, and notification of authors regarding the evaluation results.
Summaries
Summaries of papers accepted for presentation at the Conference must be submitted to the Organisers by October 15, 2025. These will be published in the Book of Summaries, which will be available on the Conference website and distributed to participants.
The Organisers will also provide the Book to selected central and local administration bodies as well as energy sector companies. The Presidium of the Programme Council, or a person appointed by it, will directly inform the authors about the required format and editorial guidelines for the summaries.
