The Committee shall consider applications received by the Office of the Committee at least 21 working days before the meeting.  

Applications shall be submitted electronically (pdf) and in one hard copy with signature and attachments. Applications shall be forwarded to the Office of the Commission.  

A template of the application is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the Committee's Rules and Regulations. 

It is permissible to apply in English if justified by the subject or object of research or international cooperation. 

The Committee shall issue an opinion based on the application submitted before the commencement of the scientific research, subject to § 2 (4) of the Committee's Rules and Regulations.
