The event made it possible to make new friends, create bonds and spend Christmas together, alleviating feelings of homesickness. In addition, it was an excellent opportunity to learn about local Christmas customs. The goals of the meeting are to promote multiculturalism, build an academic community, and cultivate traditions, which promote better adaptation of international students to life in Poland.
