Participant registration

Participant registration takes place exclusively electronically via the form available on the conference website.

Conference fee

The conference fee includes:

• participation in all organizational forms (sessions, discussion panels, etc.)
• conference materials,
• refreshments during coffee breaks,
• lunches during the conference,
• participation in an integration event (conference dinner),
• use of the conference venue infrastructure, including parking.

Conference fee:

• for applications submitted by March 15: PLN 950 ( aprox.225 euro)
• for applications submitted by April 15: PLN 1 050 ( aprox.245 euro)

The fee does not include accommodation costs and publication cost.

In case of cancellation, the conference fee will not be refunded.
