Forms of participation

Participants can register in the following ways:

• presentation of a scientific paper,
• poster presentation,
• "flash talks" (kaleidoscopic session, recommended for young scientists; short presentations presenting preliminary research results, new concepts and research ideas)
• discussion panel (invited participants only)
• passive participation (listener).

Submitting Participation and Abstracts

Registration for the conference is done via the online registration form: Application form in English.

The abstract should include:

• title of the speech,
• 3–5 keywords,
• a concise description of the research problem, methods used and most important results (approximately 2000 characters including spaces).

Abstracts will be subject to merit-based review by the Scientific Committee. Acceptance of your paper/ poster will be notified via email.

Post-conference publications

We invite authors of presentations to publish in the following forms:

1) articles in the Geographical Journal (70 p.)– texts will be selected by the conference's scientific committee, and an additional fee will be required in accordance with the procedure specified by the publisher (the amount will be announced in a subsequent communication)

2) scientific articles in recommended journals (authors submit their works directly to the journal; in the text submission form, you can indicate that the article is an extension of a presentation given at the conference):
