A person who carries out a foreign trip is obliged to obtain necessary documents from an appropriate entity confirming the expenses incurred. This applies to the following situations, when: 

• expenses were incurred before the trip by bank transfer or credit card (e.g. conference fee, accommodation, etc.)
• expenses were incurred during the trip. 

When concluding a transaction with a foreign contractor, every care should be taken to ensure that the issued invoice includes correct University data:
