The recruitment for the winter or spring semester of the academic year 2026/2027 has just started.
Dear Students,
We kindly invite you to apply for a place within Bilateral Agreement (without financing) for the winter or spring semester of the academic year 2026/2027 to the following receiving institutions listed in the attachment below.

Important: The final qualification will be confirmed after the receiving university’s approval.
Rules for recruitment and realization of a mobility
Eligibility criteria
Depending on the receiving university's requirements, you can apply for the mobility if you are a student of:
- full-time or part-time studies
- 1st year of bachelor degree studies- mobility during the spring semester of the next academic year only
- 2nd year of bachelor degree studies- mobility during the winter or spring semester of the next academic year
- 3rd year of bachelor degree studies- mobility during the spring semester of the next academic year only if you take up master studies at UEKat (excluding 3,5 – year bachelor degree in Logistics)
- 1st year of master degree studies- mobility during the winter or spring semester of the next academic year
- 1st semester of 1,5-master degree in Logistics- mobility during the winter or spring semester of the next academic year
and
- you have a minimum average grade of 4.0 from all completed semesters within a particular level of studies till the time of the recruitment
- you receive the Thesis Supervisor's recommendation (mobility on the last semester)
Application process
Apply to one of our receiving universities by sending the follwoing documents to the e-mail address erasmus@ue.katowice.pl till 11 March 2026:
- application form with a photo (HERE)
- confirmed language competence of the receiving institution on the level mentioned by the institution (official certificate or confirmation from the language instructor- not elder than 2 years)
- motivation letter in English (no longer than a single A4 page)
- Transcript of Records in English from the Dean’s Office
Verification process
- verification of the application documents by the International Relations
- verification of the grade average from all completed semesters (till the time of the recruitment)
- interview with students who received the recommendation of the Dean and the International Relations (probably between 16 and 19 March 2026 - The qualification interview is conducted exclusively IN PERSON at the International Relations Office)
If you have not been qualified you have the right to appeal against this decision within 7 days from the date of its receipt. For this purpose, an appeal letter should be addressed to the Vice-Rector for Teaching and International Relations and sent to the International Relations office email address. All appeal letters will be previously reviewed by the International Relations office.
