Abstract
An abstract of the paper constitutes an element of the application for active participation. It should be 5000–8000 words long and identify the legal issue, the thesis, the purpose of the paper, show a reference to the topic of the Conference, a contribution to the programme of the Conference and indicate the research method. A basic list of references should be attached to the abstract. Abstracts that do not comply with these requirements will not be subject to substantive evaluation.
Language
Papers may be submitted in Polish (national day) or in English (international day). Applications for active participation (including the abstract) in the national day should be sent in Polish. Applications for active participation (including the abstract) in the international day should be sent in English. The Organisers ensure simultaneous translation during the entire Conference (Polish – English, English – Polish).
Participants

Principles of abstract evaluation
The Presidium of the Programme Council of the Conference will appoint two reviewers from the Programme Council to evaluate every abstract. The reviews will be conducted on the basis of the double-blind process. The evaluation will have a written form. It will be concluded with a decision to accept or turn down an abstract. In the case of evaluation of papers submitted for presentation on the international day, one of the reviewers will be a representative of a foreign academic centre. The Presidium of the Programme Council shall be responsible for the entire evaluation process (anonymisation of submissions, provision of codes, formal evaluation, presentation of texts to the Members of the Presidium, notification of the authors about the evaluation results).
Summaries
Summaries of the papers qualified for the Conference should be sent to the Organisers until 5 Noveber 2024. They will be published in the Book of Summaries, which will be available on the website of the Conference and to the participants of the event. The Organisers will give the Book to selected central and local administration bodies as well as energy companies. The authors of the papers delivered in Polish will be asked by the Organisers to attach English summaries that cover the most important assumptions of the paper. The Presidium of the Programme Council or an appointed person will directly notify the Authors of the form of the summary and editorial guidelines.
