General agenda

The Conference will commence at 9:00 a.m. on the first day and will be conducted entirely in English.

Following the official opening ceremony, participants will attend a Plenary Session featuring distinguished scholars and international experts who will discuss the key challenges and developments shaping the contemporary energy sector. The plenary session will be followed by a Policy Panel, bringing together policymakers, regulators and representatives of public institutions to debate current energy, climate and regulatory issues.

                     

During the afternoon, the Conference will continue with two parallel sessions, each comprising two thematic panels dedicated to the principal conference themes. These sessions will provide an opportunity for researchers and practitioners to present their work and engage in interdisciplinary discussion.
The first day of the Conference will conclude with a keynote address delivered by the Conference Keynote Speaker, offering reflections on the future of energy transition, energy justice and contemporary energy policy.

The second day of the Conference will be conducted entirely in Polish. The programme will include a Plenary Session followed by parallel thematic sessions, providing a forum for discussion of legal, economic, regulatory and social aspects of the energy sector from both national and international perspectives.

The detailed Conference Programme will be published during the first week of October 2026.
