The following tasks are planned as part of the project:

1. Supporting student mobility for international internships
2. Developing staff competencies through study visits, training, and an intensive course
3. Organizing "PhD Hackathon" – an innovative learning method for doctoral students
4. Strengthening the University’s and the Alliance’s position in the international education market
5. Building long-term, integrated project teams within horizontal Work Packages
