The task focuses on enabling students from the Alliance universities to undertake a one-month international internship. As part of the task, mobility for 10 persons is planned – some will be our University students going to selected partner universities, and others will be students from partner universities coming to UEKat.

Participation in the international internship will enable students to develop a range of competences important for the labour market, including:

• intercultural communication skills,
• language competencies (particularly in a professional context),
• ability to work in an international environment,
• adaptability to new organisational conditions,
• organisational and task-planning skills,
• soft skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and initiative.

Such initiatives support also the development of the so-called "internationalization at home" and promote values such as openness and tolerance.
