The preparation for hosting us was clearly evident—everything flowed smoothly, and any delays that occurred were due to us, not the organizing team. Their commitment to delivering the program in the most organized way was remarkable, especially considering the diversity of the group in terms of age and cultural backgrounds. Beyond their excellent organizational skills, what truly stood out was their warmth, kindness, and the genuine smiles they shared with us. They made us feel not only supported, but also genuinely welcomed.

Regarding the trainings: in the first session, the teamwork activity suggested by the facilitator was a key element. It helped us get to know each other better within our groups, encouraged us to open up, and allowed us to share not only about our professional backgrounds but also aspects of our personal lives. This connection made our interactions more meaningful. The theoretical explanation that followed was also very interesting, particularly in terms of strategies for conflict resolution. Second Day: On the second day, considering that many of us were likely feeling exhausted due to jet lag or long walks, the session focused on stress management felt like a relief—at least for me. It gave me the opportunity to look inward more deeply. The exercises proposed and guided by the instructor had a meaningful impact on me. Even today, I still reflect on that session with a strong sense of awareness.

Staff Training week went by very fast as it was filled with many interesting activities, including both training sessions, visits to library, museum, Krakow and even silver mine, which I sadly couldn't participate in. Big thanks to the efforts of the whole International Relations team for making the whole experience truly unforgettable and valuable in, I'd argue, my both personal and professional life. Meeting new people from different countries, cultures, backgrounds and age groups will definitely leave an impact in shaping my worldview and general outlook on life. I had a great time and I would love to visit Poland and UEK again

About trainings: Speaker's expertise as well as interactive and fun exercises allowed us to learn more about each other and thus made the training personal to each of us, which helped better understanding and acquring new skills, techniques and tips. The diversity of the participants also played a significant role in the training as it encouraged us to see, listen and accept a different viewpoint.

Both trainings covered rather interesting issues, would be nicer to have more time to take a deeper look and to analyze more examples, do more exercises and etc.

It was a pleasure to take part in this staff week and to get you know all of you. Knowing new cultures and countries is always valuable and enriching for both your personal and working life. I personally enjoyed the worshop "CONFLICT RESOLUTIONS", the coach used methodes that manage to engage the participants in the activities in an easy and funny way. I also would like to thanks the participants and the staff was very professional and mainly friendly. Many thanks for every thing.

It was a marvelous experience and I'm so glad that I participated in this week. Everyone was so helpful and supportive, and I wish to have the chance to come again someday.

Congratulations and praise for a brilliantly organized and designed week. The training part and the socializing and leisure part are very well distributed, so that fatigue is not felt, and the time is filled in a very high-quality way. It is wonderful that we had the opportunity to get to know the country through folk dances and food. I felt very welcome and like at home at your University. Much thanks to the awesome staff who made an effort to be at our disposal all the time. Everything was very precise and the program was completely fulfilled.

Very carefully selected topics of trainings, theoretical and (much, which is very important) practical demonstration applicable in everyday life.

The friendliness, dedication and commitment of all the staff in organising the week, in their constant concern to make everyone feel good and comfortable (since a group from such diverse backgrounds and cultures was welcomed), in their concern to adapt and adjust to everyone's professional interests, was exceptional. The team was highly committed to the success of the week. I would like to sincerely thank the organizers for their warm hospitality and care throughout the staff week. Everything was well-organized, and we felt truly welcomed and supported during the entire programme. It created a positive and motivating atmosphere for learning and connecting with others.
