NOTE!

Deleting an account is tantamount to deleting all data on or related to that account (e.g. a database). The owner of the account is solely responsible for the data stored on or linked to the deleted account. If you delete your account, you will not be able to back up the data stored on the account or related to it.

Every owner of an individual account on may request the deletion of an e-mail or www account from servers belonging to the University of Economics in Katowice. In order to do so, you should visit AITC, room 7/18, or send a letter from the e-mail address registered at the Virtual University as the contact address to the e-mail address of the IT Centre stating the following:

Please delete an individual e-mail/www* account_name from name_of_the_server/Google Workspace for Education service* that is registered to full_name.

Date, signature

* - delete as appropriate

A request to delete an account from Google Workspace for Education can only be submitted by an employee or graduate.
