Regarding the reported issues with the quality of connections during meetings in the Meet application (interrupted connections, computer and browser freezes, as well as other Google services), we would like to inform you that the entity responsible for the provision of the service is Google.

All data packets are transmitted from the user to Google's servers and back. In the case of remote work/education, the IT Center cannot locate the causes of the problems, as all communication takes place without the intermediation of university devices and services. It also has no influence on the quality of services provided by third parties, such as internet providers for home users.

PLEASE NOTE! The IT Center has no access to any data transmitted between the student and the teacher!

To use Google services without any problems, you should ONLY USE ONE PROFILE for your browser!

It is absolutely necessary to be logged in only to an account in the uekat.pl domain (employees) or edu.uekat.pl domain (students) and NOT TO LOG IN to other (e.g., private) accounts. Instructions are available here.
