About the project
The aim of the "Diverse Trajectories of Research in Economics of Climate Change" project is to create conditions for the international networking of young scientists, increase opportunities for young researchers to publish in high-impact scientific journals, support the processes of implementation of scientific research by young scientists via co-financing the costs associated with the acquisition of empirical data and dissemination of results nationally. The project includes 6 scientists covering 4 different research areas that correspond to the topic of Economics of Climate Change. Renowned scientists shall provide mentoring support to our young researchers in the implementation of scientific research and academic papers in development.
The project is coordinated by dr hab. Tomasz Ingram, prof. UE.
The project is part of the "ECOnomics4Climate" cluster, which is being implemented by dr hab. Monika Wieczorek-Kosmala, prof. UE, with support from Internationalization.
The project "Diverse Trajectories of Research in Economics of Climate Change" has been co-financed by the Metropolis GZM within the framework of the "Metropolitan Science and Education Support Fund" program for the years 2022-2024 in the amount of PLN 91,710.00.
Project implementation period: February – November 2023.
