Before the mobility

Students/doctoral students qualified to participate in BIP are required to complete all formalities related to mobility preparations.

After submitting the required documents (application form – documents to download), the student/doctoral student is required to sign a mobility agreement. The participant shall be informed of the date of signing the agreement by email or telephone by International Programs unit.

The following documents must be provided no later than the date of signing the agreement:

  • Online Learning Agreement for short-term mobility (OLA) -  in exceptional cases (if the receiving institution is unable to edit the document electronically), the Learning Agreement may be submitted in PDF format. Regardless of the form, the document must be signed by all three parties (student/doctoral student; receiving institution; sending institution – in the case of UEKat, documents are signed by dr Anna Sączewska-Piotrowska for the first and second level of studies or by prof. dr hab. Artur Walasik for doctoral students);
  • Declaration of insurance coverage for the duration of mobility and travel days;
  • Bank account details form – we recommend opening a foreign currency account, as the Erasmus+ scholarship is paid in euros.;
  • Travel declaration – additional individual support for travel days.

We encourage you to take the OLS language test on the platform https://academy.europa.eu/local/euacademy/pages/course/community-overview.php?title=learn-language-basics-with-online-language-support

Please note that you are required to contact the relevant Dean's Office to obtain information on the formalities to be completed in connection with your BIP mobility and the subsequent recognition of the learning outcomes achieved during the program.
