What We Value:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in backend development
• solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git)
• curiosity for learning new stacks — e.g. Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or AI integrations
• a love for side projects, hackathons, or student club initiatives
• problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to explore how things work
• communicative English (written and spoken)

Zakres obowiązków / Job Description

Scope of cooperation:

• build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
• collaborate with experienced developers and PMs on production-ready features
• work with databases (Supabase, PostgreSQL) and modern tools like Docker
• experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow
• participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and R&D mini-projects
