Wymagania względem kandydata / Job Requirements

• a degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• knowledge of Python (preferred), Java, or SQL
• strong interest in AI technologies, especially AI agents, agentic AI, and LLMs
• at least one personal, academic, or open-source project related to AI agents, agentic AI, or LLMs, described in your CV
• basic understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
• eagerness to learn, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• good English communication skills, enabling collaboration in international teams

Zakres obowiązków / Job Description

• supporting the team in designing and building AI agents and agentic workflows
• developing custom tools, integrations, and automations for LLM-based solutions, primarily in Python
• experimenting with new AI technologies, frameworks, and approaches, and sharing your findings with the team
• testing and evaluating the quality of AI agents and their outputs
• writing clean, well-documented code and participating in code reviews
• learning modern engineering practices, including Git workflows, CI/CD, and cloud environments
• working closely with senior engineers and growing your skills through mentoring and hands-on project work
