- strong programming fundamentals and the ability to solve problems independently
- understanding of the basic principles of writing clean and maintainable code
- basic knowledge of Git
- ability to debug your own code
- willingness to learn new technologies and go beyond a single language or framework
- English skills sufficient to work with technical documentation
- some experience in Agentic Coding (Claude Code, Codex or similar)

- at least 20 h/week of working onsite (ideally 40h/week)

- develop existing features and build new ones for our products
- work on mobile applications, backend systems, and solutions related to vehicle diagnostics
- fix bugs and analyze their root causes
- write and maintain tests
- learn how to work with diagnostic devices and data coming directly from vehicles
- take part in code reviews and continuously improve your development skills
- work with Git, Docker, and our development environment
- gradually learn DevOps processes and how production software is deployed
- test your solutions in practice — including on real devices and vehicles
