The Polytechnic University of Cávado and Ave (IPCA) is very pleased to announce the 4th edition of its InWeek, under the theme “Innovation meets Regions”, which will take place in Braga, between the 20th and 23rd of May 2025.
This International Staff Training Week will be held in English language and is open to administrative, teaching staff and researchers whose tasks are mainly focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, technology, sustainable industries, Bioeconomy, Innovative Pedagogies and other related domains. With a comprehensive programme focused on the innovation, this international week aims to offer an enriching international and intercultural learning experience and the opportunity to exchange and discuss emergent themes. The agenda will comprise a range of topics through interactive group sessions including workshops, networking and teambuilding activities in view of strengthening international cooperation by encouraging the exchange of best practices and experiences.
This international week is integrated in Braga's Economy Week and participants will have free acces to the international conference ICARUS. Detailed information is available in the preleminary programme enclosed.

- Deadline for applications is 31st of March 2025
- No fee will be charged but selected participants will be asked to pay arround 50€ upon arrival to cover the social programme, one lunch and one dinner
- Maximum number of participants: 40
The selection will be made on the basis of first-come-first-served but taking into consideration the background, motivation and the maximum number of participants (max. of 2 participants per institution). The results will be sent to each participant shortly after the application deadline.
