W tegorocznej edycji konkursu "International Business Competition for the Best Bachelor and Master Thesis", organizowanego na Uniwersytecie Ekonomicznym w Katowicach, nagrodzono trzy prace przygotowane na studiach I stopnia pod kierunkiem dr hab. Moniki Sulimowskiej-Formowicz, prof. UE. Nagrody otrzymały:
- 1 miejsce - Maja Krzysztofik za pracę pt. "Evaluating the International Growth Potential of the Cultivated Meat Industry" (na zdjęciu ze swoją Promotorką)
- 2 miejsce - Thi Thu Phuong Nguyen za pracę pt. "Effective International Marketing Communication of South Korean Cosmetic Brands With Southeast Asian Customers"
- Wyróżnienie - Karolina Mucha za pracę pt. "Aggressive Marketing in the International Tourism Industry"
